City of Kitchener announces new full-service restaurant at the Aud
The City of Kitchener has selected the Rolleman Restaurant Group, a local owner of several successful restaurants, to operate the new full-service restaurant at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium (The Aud),
which will open later this summer.

About the owners
For more than two decades, Matt and Jackie Rolleman have built their lives and careers around great food, great people, and a love for hospitality. Since entering the restaurant business in 2001, this husband-and-wife duo have grown the Rolleman Restaurant Group with 13 Food and Beverage/The Galt Club in Cambridge (co-owned by Matt’s brother and sister-in-law, Rod and Carrie Rolleman), alongside The Imperial Restaurant in New Hamburg and, most recently, Club 51 Sports Bar at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium.
With a hands-on approach and a passion for creating places people want to come back to, Matt and Jackie continue to bring their experience, energy, and love of the industry to every project they take on.
